After graduating, Zach relocated to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where he honed his craft by working on prestigious projects such as the Ritz Carlton at Aspen Highlands Base Village, the Aspen High School Addition and Renovation, and the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder. In 2005, seeking new challenges, he moved to Jackson Hole to contribute to the construction of the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve. Zach's dedication and craftsmanship led him to immerse himself in the custom home segment, where he spent several years building high-end homes and ranches, establishing a reputation for excellence and attention to detail.
