His experience as a top-performing franchise owner for three years in Green Bay helped him to hone his skills and develop a passion for the painting industry. After relocating to the Twin Cities and running his franchise for a summer, Brett decided to pursue his dream of owning a business that would bring joy to customers, employees, and himself.
