Tom Grome brings 29 years of experience overseeing multi-million dollar programs for waste prevention and treatment, as well as homeland security operations. Before establishing SOLV, he played a key role as Vice President at Eastern Research Group’s Engineering & Science Division, managing over 200 federal and state contracts worth more than $220 million.
Purvagna Amin, PE and LEED AP, has over 15 years of experience leading projects in government and industrial facilities. His expertise covers environmental policy evaluations, permitting, compliance, and sustainable facility planning. Prior to co-founding SOLV, he significantly grew revenue and project management success at ERG.
Together, they lead a skilled team at SOLV that provides environmental, energy, engineering, and planning support, ensuring impactful solutions to pressing public health and environmental challenges.
