In 1994, after acquiring the business, Mike O’Connell led a transformation that expanded its services from just carpet installation to encompassing a full range of commercial flooring products, including vinyl, linoleum, rubber, and specialty flooring.
PCI Flortech is recognized for its commitment to quality, having become the first fully certified contractor in the Chicago area by 2009 and one of the first in the nation to offer an independent third-party warranty for its projects by 2013.
