In 2018, the third generation of the Matheny family stepped into leadership roles. Ryan Matheny became president while his sister Robin assumed the role of Vice President. Despite the challenges they faced with Tom's sudden passing, the company remained well-prepared owing to a succession plan that had been set in place.
