Originally meant to be a festive light display, the business has expanded dramatically since its inception. From its early beginnings where merely four houses were adorned in 2018, Lights of Winter has experienced exponential growth, decorating nearly 100 homes by 2022. The founders, Nick and MacKenzie, both have rich backgrounds that blend creativity and business acumen, enabling them to bring the magic of holiday decorations to life. Nick's passion for holiday decorating blossomed from a young age, inspired by iconic displays at Disney, while MacKenzie contributes her expertise in business management to ensure the company's operational success. Despite the original light show at the Rogers’ Family home in Plant City, FL, being discontinued in 2019 due to neighbor conflicts, the company has redefined its mission—transforming spaces through exciting lighting designs for a variety of occasions.
