Initially focused on water safety consulting and commissioning, the company expanded its capabilities in mechanical and plumbing consulting engineering by hiring its first Professional Engineer in 2021, becoming licensed in Maryland. Keel’s Landing has worked predominantly as owner representatives at the National Institutes of Health, designing and commissioning critical potable water modifications and patient room humidification systems.
In 2023, the firm strategically acquired Infinity Design Group (IDG), which brought over 30 years of MEP consulting engineering experience to its portfolio, enhancing its service offerings. Further growth ensued with the acquisition of Marino Design Consulting (MDC) in early 2024, extending the firm's expertise and reach into the West Coast markets.
