Starting as a small operation in Wellston, Missouri, the company shifted its focus primarily to commercial plumbing under Leo's son Chuck following Leo's passing in 1957. The company moved to Chesterfield Valley in 1976, where it continued to thrive until merging with Kyhl Plumbing in 2012. Under the leadership of Jim Finch, who became the sole owner and master plumber in 1986, Finch Plumbing solidified its reputation for quality work. Jim's daughter, Stephannie, now leads the company as the fourth generation of Finches, ensuring the legacy of service continues.
