With a rich background as an industrial safety officer post his service in the United States Marine Corps, Bill utilized his extensive 24 years of experience to launch EEI. Today, it operates from its headquarters in Westbury, NY, strategically positioned to serve New York City’s five boroughs as well as the neighboring counties of Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester.
In 2014, ownership transitioned to Bill's son, Gregory, and family friend, Michael Tuttle, both of whom are fellow Marine Corps veterans with backgrounds in service and entrepreneurship. EEI specializes in comprehensive inspections covering asbestos, mold, air quality, water, and soil across both commercial and residential properties. The company emphasizes the importance of pre-renovation inspections to ensure safe environments in properties of any scale.
