Recognized as Apprentice of the Year by Oregon's Carpenters Union, he quickly progressed through the ranks to become a project engineer for a leading drywall and metal stud framing company in the region. His rich experience across multiple specialties and management of project budgets prepared him for the leap to entrepreneurship.
