During the early 2000s, Dependable Window Cleaning entered a period of rapid growth, until Bill faced health challenges due to repetitive motion injuries, which limited his physical involvement. Despite this setback, the business thrived, with skilled workers like Jacob, Whitney, and Richard taking on most of the operational responsibilities. Although Bill now handles the administrative aspects and teaches history at local community colleges, he still participates as a backup worker when needed.
