Originally founded as Carras & Associates Inc., the firm has evolved through various reorganizations, transforming into Carras-Szany & Associates, and then to Carras-Szany-Kuhn & Associates, P.C. By June 2017, the firm adopted its current name, CSK Architects, P.C.

In 1992, the firm expanded its operations by relocating to larger facilities in Schererville, Indiana, to better meet the growing demands of its clients.
