In 2013, Mark Gay joined as a third partner and eventually became the sole owner. Mark brought with him 28 years of HVAC sales and service experience, further strengthening the company's foundation. Under his leadership, Cecil’s Heating & Air Conditioning has developed a dedicated team, which includes eight lead service technicians, an installation crew, and a master plumber, with an average of 19 years of HVAC experience among the technicians.
