Frank’s journey began in 1979, working as a laborer in the masonry trade, eventually progressing to roles such as foreman and superintendent with various construction companies. His extensive experience and ambition led him to establish All Phase Concrete with a passion for land development and custom home construction. In addition to their concrete services, the company has also been involved in designing and building eight custom homes in Northern California.
In response to the economic recession in 2009, the company adapted by enhancing its marketing efforts, led by Frank's wife, Nicky. She initiated brand promotion activities and established strong relationships with contractors, architects, and homeowners, ensuring the company continued to thrive. Their family has since expanded its involvement, with Frank's stepson Nick joining as a laborer and later as an estimator, contributing to the company’s marketing initiatives as well.
